Parks-Hall seeks to become the world's preeminent arts organization by presenting and sponsoring works of all genres and disciplines that inspire the spirit and stir the soul. Parks-Hall believes that the arts are critical to fostering greater understanding of the world in which we live and those with whom we share it. Parks-Hall will use the arts to empower residents of underserved and disenfranchised communities. Parks-Hall seeks to establish several initiatives that collectively will help achieve the goal of making the arts of the African Diaspora more accessible to all.
