Morgantown Health Right founded in 1984 on the premis that health care is a right. The clinic was renamed in 2004 to Milan Puskar Health Right. The clinic is a primary care clinic that provides health care at no cost to uninsured or underinsured low-income residents of north central West Virginia. Milan Puskar Health Right promotes health through direct service, education and advocacy.
