Combined Community Services was founded in 1984 by the churches in the Greater Warsaw Ministerial Association and community leaders to stop duplication of services provided to those in need in Kosciusko County. Through support of the local churches and the United Way of Kosciusko County, CCS became a central agency for Kosciusko County residents to come to when they were in need. Since our beginning in July 1984, Combined Community Services has become the place for people in need to come for assistance. From food or personal/hygiene products to financial assistance with utilities CCS meets an array of needs. CCS also has other programs to enable low-income households with the tools needed to become financially independent.
