Gilman Housing Trust, Inc.      PO Box 405 Newport, VT 05855 Gilman Housing Trust is a collaboration of community residents, business, and local government that creates and preserves affordable housing for people with low and moderate-incomes, increases homeownership opportunities, and facilitates community development and renewal in the rural Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. It accomplishes this through the development and management of high quality affordable rental housing, providing education and counseling for homebuyers, providing technical assistance and low interest loans for housing rehabilitation to homeowners, and through restoration of historic properties.
