1 out of 4 Samoan families lives in poverty due to deficiencies in education, language and cultural barriers and limited access to basic resources. The Office of Samoan Affairs (OSA) is dedicated to providing these disenfranchised families support. The OSA staff are fluent in the language and will work to address the daily needs of our clients to improve their quality of life.
