The Lubbock Rape Crisis Center exists to (a) provide victims of sexual abuse and assault in Lubbock County and the surrounding communities with free, confidential crisis assistance, advocacy, and support without regard to age, race, ethnicity, gender, or residency, and (b) promote public awareness of the realities of sexual victimization and strive toward its elimination through outreach, activism, and community education
