ICSS was founded in Jan. 1988 after it was noted that 3 local churches were dispensing food and clothing independent of each other. The 3 churches were joined with 14 other churches to form ICSS and to do a more efficient job and also to expand our services. ICSS is has approximately 200 volunteers to perform the daily operations and the Director is the only paid employee. She orders whatever is needed and supervises the daily operation of the facility.
