The Citizens Committee's mission is to stimulate and support self-help and civic action that improves the quality of life in New York City and its neighborhoods.publications and technical assistance for more than 12,000 block, neighborhood, tenant, youth and faith-based associations throughout the city's five boroughs, helping New Yorkers of all ages form new organizations, strengthen existing ones and take action to improve their neighborhoods.
