Lafayette Concern For AIDS Relief Education And Support (CARES) was founded with a four-fold mission: 1) to improve the quality of life of those affected directly and indirectly by HIV; 2) to provide education and information on HIV; 3) to encourage behavioral changes to halt the spread of HIV; and 4) to encourage attitudinal changes about HIV infection.
